Development planning and a new Mission Statement.
Staff and Trustees gathered yesterday for a day of development planning - it was a really interesting day and as well as coming up with a development framework for the charity for the next 3 years we also came up with a new Mission Statement:
Our mission is.... To develop the social, emotional and economic well being of learning disabled and autistic people through personalised supported workplace opportunities in partnership with our local community.
